Shipping Policy


All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representations as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The Buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made must be at least 21 years old. For this reason, we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Shipments that are returned, refused, or shipped to an old address will be re-shipped, and additional charges will be charged to the credit card on file. We do not arrange for international shipping.

All orders will be processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We may choose to delay shipment due to excessive heat. Shipments will commence once the excessive heat has abated.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tomicellars.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tomicellars.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our tasting room. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our tasting room pickup hours are 11:30AM to 5:30PM Thursday through Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
