An aroma of fruity and complex floral notes give way to white fruit and tropical flavors, including pineapple, mango and a hint of passion fruit. Integrated acidity creates a juicy yet silky and elegant mouthfeel, with a hint of ocean spray and great minerality on the lingering finish. Aged in both French Oak and stainless steel for 10 months sur lee.
Grown at the La Presa Vineyard in mostly clay and sandy loam soils, this wine was crafted by fellow winemaker and friend, Eric Chamerat. Aged for 18 months in stainless steel, it offers complex, mouth-filling layers of passion fruit, white peach & gooseberry.
Sourced from the Santa Ynez Vineyard in Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara AVA, this Rosé of Grenache is made in the direct-press style. Spending 8 months in stainless steel, this Champagne-colored Rosé is light and refreshing, with notes of strawberry and watermelon, with a lemon zesty finish.
Made in the Saignée style from Pinot Noir grapes sourced in the Sta. Rita Hills, this Rosé spent six hours on the skins, was fermented in new French oak and stayed in the oak barrel for 12 weeks before being transferred to stainless steel for the remaining five months. More complex and layered than our Bokeh Rosé, this Kucoloris Rosé begs one to sip slowly and savor the complex notes of a refreshing and satisfying Rosé.
Sourced from the Bentrock Vineyard in the Sta Rita Hills AVA, this Pinot Noir is made from Clone 115. Aged in 30% new French oak that was sourced from the Troncais forest in the center of France. Fruit and spice dominate the palate.
