A blend of two different clones from Alta Colina Vineyard and La Presa Vineyard, this Grenache offers balanced tannins and plush berries in a medium-bodied, crowd-pleasing wine. Layers of plum, black raspberry, cherry & tobacco reveal themselves mid-palate, while hints of caramel and vanilla linger on the finish. We aged this wine for 20 months in 30% new oak, 70% of which was French oak, the 30% balance was American oak.

It has been aged in French oak barrels for 13 years, cared for and maintained by Tomi Cellars for the last 5 of those years. Aged for 32 months in both French and American oak, the aromas and flavors of this dense and complex Tempranillo from the Willow Creek AVA in Paso Robles are laced with black cherry, tobacco, mushroom, leather and subtle herbal notes.
